  在编写个人简历中的求职信时要求职者要将自身优势罗列出来,让招聘官能清楚地认识到求职者比其余竞争对手能力强在哪。不过为了能使招聘官不觉得求职者是在夸大其实,这些优势最好能在个人简历中找到依据。

  求职者在编写求职信时一定要用心编写,把这份真诚编写进求职信中,这样才能使招聘官感受到求职者的求职决心。从而给求职者一个面试机会。千万不要在求职信中溜须拍马说一些虚伪的话。

  求职信跟个人简历一样,求职者都要牢牢记住不能公式化。一份公式化的求职信不仅不能帮助求职者接到面试通知,还能招来招聘官的反感。

  求职者在编写求职信的时候最好只用半张纸,要知道招聘官每天都要看不计其数的个人简历,个人简历后的求职信,哪有时间看一些长篇大论的求职信,因此求职信最好只用半张纸就可以了。在这半张纸中要表现的东西有很多,所以求职者要做到用词简洁明了。
